More Than a Sport

We believe athletics is a powerful tool for personal growth, social connection, and community transformation. Our programme uses track and field, cross-country, and team sports to teach life skills and create opportunities for youth aged 12–19.

Our goal: To reach 5,000 youth by 2028 through community leagues, school partnerships, and regional tournaments.

We focus on: Youth leagues, leadership training, health education, teamwork, conflict resolution, and academic support for student-athletes.

Athletics gave me discipline, confidence, and a sense of purpose. I went from running on dirt roads to competing at the national level — and I'm now coaching kids in my community.
